Just got home after test riding the T9 Scrambler, first impressions the seat is very square in-between your legs but surprisingly comfy.
Having just jumped of my S1000xr se, with quick shift ABS traction control and a very smooth 4-cylinder engine. The T9 Scrambler feels like an Old Skool air cooled BMW how very wrong I was.
Yes, it has ABS and traction control which I leave on as it was still flashing at 65+

on the first bit of open road I got to.
Once I got well cleared of the traffic and hit an A road, 3rd gear though 5th 30 to 90+ in a very brutal burst of torque and power I was hanging on for all I was worth.
What I’ll say to keep this short is if you come across one of the T9 series DO NOT underestimate it, if the rider is halfway decent you’re going to be pushing it to get round, it not smooth or a refined bike by any standard but it go’s like a hooligan sports bike with none of the usual BMW refinement.
The sound out of the pipes is pure hooligan as I blipped down a B road it just made me want to press on more and more, but as it was wet and bits of tree and mud all over the road I kept it sensible well ish
It made me feel like being a bad BAD Boy
