No but it makes it easier iv just ordered 60/70/80mm and I'm going to try different lengths of thick rubber tubing when I sort it I'll let you know what size tub/bolts iv used might look naff  :027: but won't know till I try
Just sending bike to be fixed under warranty think petrol pipe has blown of very lucky bike didn't go up in flames I'm one very angry man at the minute  :230:

Heard this happening before, you'd have thought a recall would have gone out by now, or are they waiting for someone to get burnt first, corporate manslaughter comes to mind, not like it's a major tech problem,  a recall may have prevented yours happening.

I plan to order parts on the list, just deciding where from, have a great dislike for the Manchester branch..

Just hit BMW dealers on your nav will give you the nearest to to probably be Preston  think Chester is further 
Once bike is back  she's just gone on truck  :019: to Manchester I will sort out the tilt issue and let you no Measurements

I had the same mod done by the dealer when I chopped my GS for an XR recently. It's very fiddly to get the key in, What with tilting the mount, one of the screen hinges gets in the way, so look forward to seeing your mod.
Not absolutely clear if you have some additional parts pushing the mount forward to get it away from the screen?

Even when you tilt the bracket its a faff getting the little plastic key to turn so I'm looking forward to details of your mod Pete  :028:
