Hello from Switzerland
« on: March 19, 2017, 10:00:10 PM »
I have just ordered 2 new XR's for me and the wife  :002: :002:
I'm having a mat blue model and the other will be a lowered red model. I will be getting a Nav 6, rad guards, new screens and the givi racks for mine.
Really looking forward to getting some miles covered on the bikes and being part of this forum.

Welcome.  You will love the XR after the big Kawi.  I had a ZX14 (same bike).  Immense grunt, but it handles like a truck compared to the XR.

You have lots of superb roads for the XR!

Welcome! You both will enjoy it. And also agree we're lucky with the beautiful Alps and the Black Forest quite close. Yesterday did a small ride with friends S1000R and RR, and was very enjoyable. Had the R myself and for me the XR is similar to it and more, can go as quick no problem you fatigue yourself less and well wind protection had me cosy.

Have lowered version too.
