brake light question
« on: April 29, 2017, 05:57:55 PM »
hi all quick question regarding brake light, ok let me explain, put key in ignition and turn on , notice my brake light is on with no brakes applied   :087: press/pull either brake then release, light goes off as it should, press/pull brake and release brake light working fine.
with the brake light off turn off (so i know neither front or rear switch is sticking ) the ignition but don't touch either brake pedal/lever, leave off for a minute turn on ignition - brake light is on  :087:, press/pull either brake and release brake light works as normal, anyone wish to go out to there bike and give this a try see if yours is the same ,?or anyone any ideas

Johnnie me old China,

Just done mine and it's the same, the front daylight running light does the same so I'm going with the EU safety issue which will be out there somewhere.
pulling a brake lever knocks them both off.. :027:
