Newbie
« on: May 07, 2017, 07:10:08 PM »
:158: Hi all newbie here from Sheffield, pick up my new XR sport se next week just in time to run it in for next month's annual Germany trip, coming from a GTR 1400 the XR is a totally different beast so looking forward to a whole new riding experience.
Looks like enough info here to keep me entertained for a while. My first question! Does anyone know if there's an online owners manual so I can get my head round all the gizmo's & gadgets before or is it just a case of have a play when I pick her up?.

Not heard of an online manwell but there's a service pfd on here, not sure if it includes anything more pertinent to your enquiry.

Can't the dealer let you have it or lend you one..

Think you can download the owners manual from the BMW website:

www.bmw-motorrad.com/com/en/services/manuals/manuals_main.html

Aye a red one it is, it was a hard choice between red, blue or white but what made my mind up was red was no extra cost  :002: I frequently visit j&s so yeh gis  a nod  :169: if you see me around you'll recognise me on the slow red one at the back   :008:
