Do you mean usb port ? If so search for powerlet to usb on Google. Sorry if that's not what you were asking for

thanks for the reply GB
By 'usb port' I mean either a socket to plug a USB cable into or a usb connection.
I'm looking for something 'pre made' that will plug straight into the BMW connection on the XR & connect to a USB device.

Do a search on Amazon, as the one below might not be the cheapest/best etc.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Cliff-Top-Locking-Motorcycle-Adaptor-Angled/dp/B00R75Q97O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1500535704&sr=8-1&keywords=hella+plug+usb
keywords: Hella Plug USB
NippyNorman do some already fitted with flying leads, but far more expensive than the solution above

thanks mareng1
I'm looking for a 'flying lead' that i can plug into a connector on the bike (under the seat ) with a USB on the other end. As you say Nippy Norman's appear to be a bit ott on the price front
cheers

Okay - what about this?
https://www.amazon.co.uk/d/Electronics-Photo/6ft-Weatherproof-Double-Motorcycle-Charging-Socket-31310/B00W5D9MTU/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_4?s=outdoors&ie=UTF8&qid=1500571451&sr=8-4-fkmr0&keywords=usb+lead+rubber+cap
Or cheaper:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Cliff-Top-Motorcycle-Weatherproof-Adapter-Battery/dp/B01HR98IPK/ref=pd_sbs_107_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=GW7GRV5V22DEJPR07E21
I have other bikes where I have Zumo 550 power leads running from the battery - to the cockpit area. I only plug them in (to the Zumo) when the unit is on the bike - the rest of the time - it hangs down loosely from the headstock. Never had any issue with rain or corrosion of the terminals.
