Saturdays ride with the wife
« on: July 20, 2017, 07:00:23 AM »
So finally we had managed to get some time to ride togehter again - we have a three year old daughter that we like to spend time with so much but every now and then the parents have to ahve some fun on their own.
Went for a short trip over the border to Austria and to Jezerski vrh / Seeberg Pass and then back home.
Made two Videos out of the ride - some twisties on the B82 and some cruisin on a nice Valley.

Nice  :152:

Really like the Seeberg one, especially where the camera is mounted & the engine soundtrack
It's a bit bumpy in spots isn't it ?

Thanks. Yes it is a bit bumpy on some parts, but it is not disturbing.
Have also some other clips with this view on my channel:

I have to try and narrow the view to get rid of the upper part of the fairing. Was suprised how clean the engine noise is heard with no additional microphone.

very nice footage, nice and smooth riding very nice to watch.

What camera do you use and where did you pull the power from?
After over thirty years behind the bars, I’ve still not done it all or seen it all.

Thanks for the nice comment on the riding style.   :164:
Smooth is always preferred when riding two up.
I use the GoPro Hero 4 Silver, it runs purely on battery power, so no externel power supply necessary.

So after 4 weeks of no riding I finally managed to get on the bike and made a nice tour with my wife. Tried another view as normally as we rode the L91 road in Austria from Lölling to the Klippitztörl (1642m)
