I fitted a pair of clearwater Darla aux lights and I have to say they are nothing short of amazing. The are controlled by their CanOpener controller.

I was luck enough to buy them from a friend who bought a set and never fitted them, so got a bit of a deal.

However after having them I would probably pay for them again, they are fantastic.

When I bought my bike, it already had a set of Clearwater Darla fitted and I have to agree, they are amazing! I think the biggest thing they do is give you more visibility to other vehicles. I've not had one instance of "sorry I didn't see you" on this bike and the Darla are running all the time, albeit at a relatively low percentage.

That said, I've got a set of LED H7 globes ready to fit and a set of T10 parker globes in the post. You can never have enough light in my books!

I fitted LED Wunderlich Aton spots to my XR. Very bright & run nicely alongside the BMW DRL.  (and for sale at the moment in the 'for sale' section!)

Haven't got the link but look for Techmax H7 mini bulbs. They seem to work pretty well for people with no lamp errors.

Yeah, fitting them over the standard globe is easy enough but when you’ve got the fans on the back......
There were many profanities heard from my garage the other night!
