I'm thinking of buying the Garmin VIRB Ultra 30 HD 4K action cam and was wondering if anyones already gone this route ?

There is a fella on UKGSer (Warlord) - who has hooked up two of them (fwd and rear facing) to his NAV6 on his GS.

You can power them off the bike with a waterproof power cable/connection, and fit a 128gb micro SD card.  He has managed to produce video footage which (by use of a Bluetooth module in to the interrogation socket on his bike)- with speedometer, rev-counter, angle of lean, power, temperature etc etc.......  It is scarily like Moto-GP footage!

Have a look at his thread - he claims to have limited tech know-how.

The footage is really good, and I think the VIRB is now on a par with go-pro, with the advantage of sat Nav input.
