Howdy from the GA Mountains
« on: August 26, 2017, 07:08:41 PM »
Another USA S1000XR rider here. The other forum went "missing", truthfully the mods on the other site were terrible so it doesn't surprise me to see it gone. Been watching this forum for a while. My bike is a 2016 version in white.

Welcome Crabman,
Enjoy the bike and this great forum.  I lived in Cumming and Flowery Branch for 15 years.  Live in Houston now....dam I miss those roads up there!

Small world - I lived in the Atlanta area for 18 years until moving to TN in 2012.

Welcome to the club Crabman and love riding in your part of the country! Vacation there often. Stayed in Young Harris over the 4th of July holiday and plan on renting a place on Lake Nottley next summer. Beautiful place and one of the best areas to ride for sure!
