Looking to fit some security to my bike and need an ignition live any ideas best place to find on the bike, too bad there isn't  BMW RSD 2015 online yet.

On the GS LC there is a switched live going into the OBD plug which is the one i used for powering Autocom

Not seen under the seat of the XR yet but I would imagine it would be similar

Hi,
There is an ignition live pick up for sat nav under the fairing l/h/s that has connector with a blanking cap on it, nippy normans sell the. Male connector with wires on it (the same as gs lc) it stays live for 1min after ign is switched off

I have just fitted my Autocom ( well a mate has done it for me) and there is a switched live wire Red & blue) from the fuse block thing near the tank. It has 2 fuses in it a blue one and a red one the switched live wire comes from the feed to the red fuse

I will post pictures when i work out how

You know the way you should always read the instructions first ? Yeah, well I installed 2 LED spots on Saturday evening, removing all the plastic on the LHS to run the cable & when I got it all fitted I went looking for the switched supply to 'trip' the relay without luck. Now, having run my cable, which connects to the switched supply, to the front of the bike I find the switched supply under the seat  :232:

Does anyone know if there's one at the front ? Before I beat myself with a big stick.... :183:
