Options for a New Bike
« on: February 03, 2018, 01:59:56 PM »
BMW has the various alternative and better BMW parts that you can fit - all at great expense - but why cant you spec these parts to be factory fitted so you dont end up having to discard the original part and buy the expensive new part its a waste of money.

I would like:
- HP brake & clutch levers
- HP seat
- Acro exhaust and pipes
- crash bars
- locking sat nav mount

With the Sports SE the only option is the alarm

I asked the same question on a previous bike ( not bm ) I can except there answer It would mean a very expensive extra production line to add the extras on the bike, as production lines are set up to build stock bikes and the extra cost to build specials exceeds the costs of having it being done at the point of sale ( Dealer )..
