Hi everyone
Just bought a new XR Sport SE this morning. I had a Ducati Multistrada 1200 S which I have just sold. Heavy snow here so I will collect the new bike next week. I have a couple of questions, what top box, mounting plate etc is best, I need a fairly big top box. Also, which radiator and oil cooler guards are best? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hello Boycey and welcome to the forum. I don't have a top box, but my guards are Givi. The Evotech are very good also.

Givi topbox mounting plate will cover just about all your needs.

I have a normal use E36 and a large E47 (47 ltr) one for more capacity - that's about as large as I would want to use.
You also have Givi Trekker and Trekker Dolomiti Aluminium boxes available for that adaptor plate.

I used a Givi plate with their big Trekker Outback 58L box. Mates call it my coffin box its big but works really well.
I also have the 37L top loading panniers. I know a lot on here like the colour matched panniers, but for practicality these are brilliant. I have had a couple of Kreiga packs strapped to the tops when camping etc. It just all works really well.

Hi Boycey,
, I picked mine up last week and like you snowed in, well it can only get better. I look forward to hearing how you like the bike after a few good rides.
