What Suspension Setting Do You Run?

Had my first run out at the weekend, and when pushed hard on some bumpy back lanes it got out of shape a bit, felt like it had a bend in the frame. I am quite a large Gentleman  , I guess I probably need to be in One Up With Luggage? Not actually had chance to try it like that yet. Fine on A Roads etc, its just the little B Roads I noticed it on

Yeah you prob need more preload on as you say rider and luggage I always had it like that on my gs and I’m 13.5 stone
