Bike wont start

My bike is with the dealer again... For the same problem again! Once the bike is hot and i leave it there for about 1 hour, it doesn't want to start. Just crank but don't start. Dealer already put some isolated tape somewhere... But it didn't solve the problem. Once I wait almost two hours the bike starts fine. Any advice on that? Are there any related or similar issues with this bike? S1000xr 2016. Thanks

May be the fuel pump I know is an ongoing issue and should of been a recall, couple vids on YouTube with a chap reviewing it.
Think the 2015-16 bikes have the issue 17 onwards they changed the pump, Hope this helps

I was one of the people that BMW replaced the fuel pump for.

It is still working. No more not starting issues.

Hi Corrie,
Who did you take the bike to? Mine is now out of warranty but I'd be curious to find out if they will replace it as a recall fault. Mine has done the same on a few occasions - I give it a push and then is starts.
You live in Pretoria right? Did you take it to Zambezi?
