Slight oil leak
on:
July 10, 2018, 02:43:35 PM
Hi all.
The other day I was fitting my rad and oil cooler guards, and noticed a couple of drips of oil coming out of what appears to be a overflow/breather pipe which is just behind the oil cooler is this normal ? There was only a small amount of oil.
Thanks

Are you sure it is oil?? I only know of 2 breather pipes, and they both come from the fuel tank.

It looked and felt like oil, it defiantly was not fuel.

Strange, as SimonUK says....those two hoses go to the top of the fuel tank filler, one is a breather, the other is an overflow. It's not possible for oil to be in them.
