BMW Pro2 Touring Boots
« on: August 08, 2018, 03:26:44 PM »
Just shelled out for a new pair of boots and went for the BMW boots. Seem to be well made and comfortable. RRP is £265 but got them from my local dealer for £235. Recommended.  :305:

Don’t mean to be a dick, so forgive me if I come across that way, but they look like a copy of the alpinestars I have, the Web GoreTex ones, hey are very comfortable and waterproof/very warm and cheaper  :431:

You may be right but difficult to tell unless you compare them side by side rather than relying on pictures. Dont think you sound like a dick. OK so how much were the Alpinestars?

Bought them with a large order so they have a loyalty card scheme do I ended up getting a voucher to spend, but they still took £10 off rrp

And as you said, they might only look similar and still be worlds apart.

I’m vary happy with them, and I’m on my 2nd pair

Look similar, but definitely not the same, who knows if they are as good or not  :305:

Treated myself to some Daytona boots at the bike show a couple of years ago, very nice boots IMO.  Also have a pair of HG short boots which work well if I'm commuting or for a casual jaunt wearing jeans instead of my touring leathers.
