Hey guys, collected red 2018 2 weeks ago in the rain, did 200 wet miles on way home. I live 15 minutes from shop lol
Next outing was 160 wet miles,so I can confirm rain mode works very well
Heading south east ish tomorrow regardless of weather as need mileage on for 1st service on 22nd hopefully will get a chance to explore road mode
So far lovin the bike, was a bit nervous having ridden boxers for several years but the XR is a dream

Top tips when riding XR in the rain
1 select rain mode
2 warm tyres for a few miles
3 ride it like you sole it
4 have faith in on board electronics, they work really well
5 Smile like the cat that stole the cream
6 If excess spinning rear wheel worries you, place pillion on back seat and start again(advise from wife)
