Just had my bike serviced at Cotswold Cheltenham. Cost £274 including air filter and brake fluid change, but no loan bike.
How does that compare?

I was quoted up to £325 depending on what needed replacing. So yours is about correct. Mine is now due but as I will be putting her away for the winter, I will wait until spring...

I just paid £207 yesterday for a 6000 mile service. It included an air filter and oil change but not brake fluid. so similar I guess. Did your include spark plugs? Mine was at Lovett's in Bristol I didn't ask for a bike as it was done while I waited and the weather was foul. Normally I take a demo bike for a ride.

Fair enough, if you're not handy with spanners etc....better off taking it to the dealer. Being an aircraft engineer makes me suffer OCD and I also like to fiddle.

Seems a bit much to pay for a courtesy bike.

Mine is due the 24,000 service but it will be going away shortly. -1°C last night but they didn't salt the roads. One last ride before winter I think.
