I agree with above. I have a whole email trail to get issues resolved. Would I buy from them again?   ??
And now this.
I am more interested in the other fix. Is it sawing it short? Maybe someone can elaborate.

I don't think that would help.  The inside diameter is much bigger with the newer db.  I bought my exhaust in August and have the newer version.... if that makes any difference.

I took mine out for a look.  There's no way it could cause power loss.  Look back at the first post.  He posted a picture of them side by side.  here's mine.....

Ha ha, what an idiot.... didn’t even think to check mine first! I bought mine at the end of August, maybe I’ve just paid for a new pair the same as the old ones.  :138:

Interesting, was just looking at doing a black friday deal from cobra.de. 10% off :002: So Euro 450 for cheapest model without shipping. I found V2.0 references, but couldn't figure out the difference until this.

The outlet of the new db killer looks like twice more open surface, and  more like the diameter of the larger pipe coming out of the cat. Also looks like different manufacturing /material. For me  hard to believe it would not affect earlier models too.
I'm guessing here, but much of the dB killing must be because the stubby pipe (when inserted) creates a small resonance chamber.

To be honest it's not that noisy with them both removed.

I have the same for with sc-projects exhaust, without silencer no problem but once I go there he drives for no meter. Rarely is now a Euro 4 exhaust.
