    Which touring screen

I am 6"3" and get a fair bit of wind noise and buffeting at speed.

Think I will invest in a touring screen

Any tips or advice on which one to get ??

I am 6'2" and had the same problem until I bought the Touratech clip winglet and put it on the stock windshield. It has a key and lock, works great for wind on the helmet. Not expensive, take it off for the track...

Im 5'8 and get buffeting, but I get it on all upright bikes that I ride regardless of screen, which means its the helmet.. I now waer ear plugs, problem solved.

Powerbronze makes one that is the same shape as stock but a bit taller. It works better than stock but I would still like to see a real touring screen that offers more complete protection.

I'm waiting to see if VStream comes out with a screen for the XR.

I put an MRA Sport Screen attached to my standard screen and it has transformed the bike.
It's good on the lower position, particularly for local rides.
In the high position it's great for touring. Noise is down and wind buffeting is radically reduced to virtually none.

I can't believe the difference it has made.

    Thanks for that info Mike.
I usually try to ride April 1st into December 1st and both Spring and Autumn months provide plenty of rain in this region.  One thing I've noticed is the stock screen does little to protect arms and shoulders from the rain blast.  Looking for a Spring/Fall faring that will give me a bit more coverage for cold and rain.
The height is good on the stock......just need a little more width.
Many people ride.....but for a select group of people it's more than a ride....it's one of life's great passions.

Just got my MRA variotouring screen today about a week after I ordered from Germany. I'll install it tomorrow and let y'all know my impressions as a tall guy (6'4") of it asap. The weather may not cooperate for a few days but we will see....... Maybe that will be the real test now that I think of it. Also going to ride with the stock bar end setup for a spin and then put on my just arrived HVMP bar ends and see what difference that makes. The vibes have not been off-putting for me but a smoother time would be ok too.
