Dont buy the T30's - there are much better tyres out there - I will fit Conti Road Attack 3 when I get fed up with the T30's. Had a few slides with the T30's which I have never had with the previous Conti's - I dont trust the T30's  :305:

My current tyres T30 have a few hundred miles of live left and I ummed and arrrred about whether to get on Road 5s or Roadtec1 as I will be in the Alps on this set ! But I have decided its Bridgestone Battlax S22 because as my friend said to me " Which tyre best suits the ride it like you stole it mentality you will have on tour" ... the S22

I'll be interested to hear if they last the trip.

We can top 3,000m on a trip to the alps (Provence).

I will stick with the Roadtec 01s Tried and tested and never found wanting in any conditions. Plus acceptable mileage to boot. Have also been using the Perrelli Angels also a good tyre. But first choice still is the 01s.

I’ll stick with my SportSmart/RoadSmart combo but the bike market is currently being steam rollered by Mich 05’s

Rain in the Alps doesn't scare me ! I have ridden down from Timmelsjoch with 6 inches of snow falling on a Rocket 3
