Hi from Poland
« on: September 13, 2019, 09:14:41 AM »
Hi everyone. Long story short - after 4 Yamaha's and a Tuono I bought my XR in may without test riding it - what a f...ing awesome bike !! Was a bit concerned not riding it before purchase (no time to do that) but after 400km trip from the stealership home I'm loving that bike. It's fully loaded with extras, great commuter, great sport bike, great naked bike (yeah, I know S1000R is a proper naked), it does everything I need from a bike.

Welcome -
Your story brought to mind what made me decide on the XR without a test drive.
A pal of mine has one - when I sat on it (on the center stand) - that did it for me.
He was insisting for me to ride it - I didn't need to.
The performance/chassis/build quality was no doubt - that riding position set this bike apart.
Enjoy!
