Hi all,

Just wondering if there's anyone here that is planning to go to Isle of Man in 2020?

Thanks

To get a place on the ferry, you probably need to have booked straight after last year's event. Alternatively hope for a last minute place or pay big bucks to a tour company.

Nope , I always book in February when the tickets all come up for sale on the Facebook selling page ( when everybody who paid deposits the previous year realise they can’t afford to pay the balance before Feb 28th !!) there’s a group of 6 of us and we do it this way every single year. This year wasn’t even sold out upto the event si you could still get crossings from steampacket

Yes, I am going, I have been every year since 1978, except 3.

I book for next year when the tickets go on sale in late May, usually around the 21st.

But as said above, you can always get cancelled tickets at the end of February.

Harder to find is accommodation, I can put you in touch with an agent if you like, he charges a premium but he always finds me something.

PM me if you want his details.

The way sport is going with the Corona lark I wouldn’t be betting on anything,we religiously go to Le-Mans every year for the bike 24 hour their should be a test for the teams 28th of this month and even that is in doubt, never mind we have just had to change our hotel booking for the Aragon MotoGP because the date has been changed and wouldn’t be surprised if it’s not the last.

Got 3 mates who have gone all the way to Qatar..... although looking at the text we’ve had they’ve taken it in good spirit  :002:
