I've been using the Ammo products for about 18 months and found them really good. https://ammoprobike.co.uk/

I use a gentle car wash soap for the bike. If I'm cleaning greasy stuff like the wheels or bug tar, I use 70% or 99% denatured alcohol, depending on the ratio of grease to dirt. Hit straight grease with the 99% denatured alcohol. You can find this at electronic stores. Since using 3m chain saver I don't need this very often.

The best thing is prevention, so I use a clay bar after washing and Mother's ceramic spray wax, which makes cleanup easy next time. https://www.amazon.com/Mothers-01024-Ceramic-Spray-Coating/dp/B07K46RD7Y/ref=sr_1_16?keywords=ceramic+wax+spray&qid=1584109060&s=automotive&sr=1-16
