Which Radiator Guard for a 2019
« on: June 17, 2020, 06:41:01 AM »
Sorry this has probably been asked lots of times and I’m to impatient to trawl through hundreds of posts. I have tried a search and found lots of irrelevant info mainly in the for sale section.

Which radiator/oil cooler guard do you lads and lasses recommend?

Can recommend the Evotech units. Well made, look good & fit well. A bit fiddly to install, but worth it.  :028:

I have always fitted Evo-Tec to my bikes. I am selling my XR soon and have a set of Evo-Tec guards for sale in the for sale section if you're interested. These are the last thing left of all the aftermarket parts I've fitted to my bike.

Hi,

I installed the one from Givi (PR5119) and it was pretty easy, even for a guy with two left hands like me...

All the best,

JD

+1 for RRG - search for them on fleabay. £35 for Rad and Oil Cooler. They fit by wire locking in place (bit fiddly). Really well made and all you need unless you desire something more blingy.

Just fitted the two piece EvoTech to my 2019. A bit fiddly to get in but once fitted very secure and looks great. I’ve noticed no issues with cooling.

Just got the 2020 model and the previous rad and oil cooler guards don't fit this model.  I have Evo Tech (both guards which fits 2015 - 2019.  £75.00 including UK postage.  PM me if interested  Mike
I'll be  putting a few other bits up soon.  Evotech exhaust hanger to do away with pillion footrests - comes with blanking plate for other side  £20.00 includes UK postage and a Wunderlicht small tak bag.  This is a really useful bag for carrying odds and ends and just clicks onto the three special fastners which are included.  £95.00 includes UK postage.
