Hi just collected my new 2016 S1000XR, been on order since last August. I am an Englishman living and working in Germany. Have owned a couple of Honda's, many years ago, before this my return to biking.

I might look like I'm listening to you, but in my head I'm riding my bike.

Hi and welcome
Plenty of good stuff in the forums. I guess you will notice quite a bit of a difference with the new bike - I came off a newish Kawa 1000 and still marvel at whet the XR can do .
Cheers

Welcome ME_OX_66
I think you'll enjoy the XR. Only got mine 2 weeks ago and have had cr@p weather so only done 650km but I'm hoping for a day of dry roads soon
From a German living in Ireland....
