2020 Tupperware removal
« on: August 01, 2020, 04:28:56 PM »
Anyone remove the Tupperware from their 2020 yet? Trying to but not finding info online. Almost all the fasteners are hidden and we know there is a lot of plastic. Dont want to rip and break off any tabs because I thought I got them all. Thanks everyone!

Small update. I was able to remove the body panels shown circled but not the ones with arrows.

Thank you! Sadly, I was able to get around it the shite way. I was able to use a fish tape to route them through and it is "good enough" but that would have been a bit better. Still, very nice to know. I removed those screws but I didn't want to yank too hard on that black piece in case I was missing something hidden underneath. You never know when it is a push tab, plastic hook, or a screw.

From the ADV site"
"for anyone who wants to install their own farkles on their 2020. To remove the black tank protector piece is 4 torque head bolts, and then yank it up, as it is held in place by 6 friction clips. Once you remove this, its really easy to run wires up either side of the tank from the control area."

Thank you. Going to save me some time routing a line to my fuse box.
