S1000XR could get Battlax T30 Evo

As I found on
www.bridgestone.de
, Bridgestone Battlax T30 evo could/will be initial tyre.
Actually I am a little confused, because so far they only provide rear tire in 180 instead of 190.
Does anyone have experience with that rubber?

Looking at the UK Bridgestone website the T30 are now there in 190:

.... and also on the german website:
http://www.bridgestone.de/motorrad-reifen/ranges/battlax/t30/
EVO is front only.

Mine came with the Bridgstones and this is a bike that is going to eat up tires fairly quickly..... especially the softer compounds.

I am very pleased with the performance of the T30's that came on my XR. Not quite 2000 miles on them but they really work well and provide a ton of confidence. They are a great match for the XR. So far no wear is evident and I am so impressed I am going to try some on my K1600GT.

I'm right with you mileage wise, and my wear is minimal and am pretty pleased with this. It could be the tires wear out quicker past a certain wear point but time will tell. It is summer here with pretty warm temps, these tires have great feedback, lean hold and pretty fast transition, I even got pretty crazy on some secondary roads that required suspension in Road to soak up the nasty bumps and had quite a bit of scree and the tires hold was really impressive. I might still opt for the Diablo Rosso II's for the next set just to compare them.
