Noisy Fuel pump
« on: October 18, 2020, 07:58:01 AM »
Hi guys.

I have a 2017 S1000XR with 27,000kms and all of a sudden it’s started rattling somewhere underneath and it sounds like the fuel pump is dying!

It stays on for 15-20 seconds after the ignition is turned off and even once it was silent and threw an engine warning light.

Is this a normal failure at this mileage???

Thanks

Roger

What Winger said...if the engine light has come on...there "will" be at least one fault code stored...!
