Hi all,
My name is Nuno, I ride motorcycles for 35 years, I've had all kinds of bikes but mainly R's and mostly Honda's.
I just bought a 2021 S1000XR and I'm having issues downshifting with the quickshifter so I'm searching for information and this forum might be a good source.
At the moment I own 3 bikes:
2008 Ducati 1098S - Midnight Black (bought recently).
2010 BMW K1300R - Lava Orange (bought new).
2021 BMW S1000XR - Style Sport (just bought).

QS issues - My new 2021 Sports Style (got early Sept'20) took c500 miles (800 kms) before the downshift was smooth. Before this it was like I was having to "force it". I was going to get it looked at during "running-in" service at 600 miles, but then it just settled down. It's been smooth as butter ever since.
Not sure if this helps you, but that was my experience.

Greetings from a very warm UK
Nice looking bike. Where is the picture taken? Reminds me of Vila Nova de Milfontes.
Cheers
