    Had anyone fitted one of these ant-theft brackets for the 2020 dash or recommend its use?

    I note Nippy Normans sell two: with and without sun shield

    Any comments or views on this item please?

    Has anyone had a screen stolen? I wonder whether it's a common thing, as they'll only fit other BMW bikes and probably have to be coded to the machine anyway. The cynic in me wonders whether it's just scaremongering to sell more accessories?

    I had my bike stolen WITH BRACKET fitted.

    They got down to stealing the scottoiler. But they did not get the screen!

    So I think its worth it.

    but then again i live in Motorbike thieve paradise aka London....

    Its easy to fit, not worth chancing it.

    I recall seeing on the F900XR forum a lengthy thread about stolen displays and fitting a bracket (I was considering getting an F900XR at one point). May be worth a browse...
