Looking out the window, first day of the year where it looks properly decent biking weather. Looking forward to looser restrictions on 8th March.

The sun is going to be out on Saturday, as I have to go in to work 12 miles away to fix Silverpeak "network crap" I'm going to get out for a couple of hours on my way long way round to work :164:

I'll not be stopping for Coffee and fuel is P@P so very socially distanced  :028:

Come on summer and some sort of freedom :002:
After over thirty + years behind the bars, there's still lots to do and see.

I had to go out and collect some bits for work yesterday afternoon so I took the bike and did the long way covering about 40 miles instead of 6! It was a real pleasure to be out riding. It will be even better when the weather warms up a bit more and we can ride with a few mates.

Tempting it is... but if the law ping your reg more than a few miles from home it’ll involve some fancy talking or 200 quid, see a bloke travelling to Derbyshire to collect a wardrobe gone done last week  :156:, not on a bike of course  :001:

Although my informants tell me it’s only £100 if you pay straight away so maybe some value for money maybe in these difficult times :002:

I made sure I was within an 8 mile radius of my home but rode lots of smaller roads around the New Forest area that made for the enjoyable ride and gave me the 40 or so miles I covered.

I have a mot booked for my RD250 so might take a the longer route there and back. And I might also sneak a ride out on the XR to get a pint of milk at the supermarket that might 30 miles or so away.
