Has anyone found a solution for using a rear paddock stand as there is no provision for bobbins on the swing arm on the gen 2.

Please don’t reply with use the centre stand :008: :745:
    Cheers,
    Charlie Spiceboy.

I ordered my XR without the center stand because I didn’t want the stand to drag when I’m at a a track day
The only solution I found to use a track stand was the BMW chain adjusters with gp lift
Unfortunately the gen 2 doesn’t have the m8 thread for bobbins anywhere on the swing arm

I use the Oxford premium stand , it works a treat. I have the centre stand too but I find it clunky over bumps so I have it cable tied up to stop the annoyance. Link bellow

Do those use the two threaded holes at the rear (facing the rear) holes in the swing arm?

Yes, screws that hold the “hook” on, screw into a bracket that has two pins on it. These pins fit into the two holes on the end of the swing arm
These brackets are sold separately from the chain adjuster so you must order both items to work on the XR

Perfect! Thank you for all your efforts to explain. :460:

I kept looking at them online trying to figure out why they wouldn’t just fall off when removing the wheel...
