And the water pump had to be replaced !
No issues - done as warranty & loan bike supplied - but hoping the other bits last longer  :164:

Sorry to hear that.  Did they happen to comment as to whether this has been an issue with other XR's?
The water pumps on the K1600GT were pretty notorious for failing.
Many people ride.....but for a select group of people it's more than a ride....it's one of life's great passions.

You know what they're like - "we've never see that before" even when your mate has been in for the same thing a week ago !

It's a bit of a pain when you have to bring the bike back for warranty issues but at least BM, in my experience, just get on and sort it
