Thanks for completing this poll. I’ve had my bike for seven months and am now losing confidence in the bike and am considering what action I may be able to take against BMW.

    Will try and post progress.

    Hi millview,
How long have you had yours and what mileage has it done? Is it the late 2020 model?

You need an option of "No problems at all" to make the poll mean anything.

About a year, as I recall without checking.  That said, because of lockdown, I've only managed about 1500 miles so far!

I have one flaky TFT Bluetooth issue (new software release lined up for Friday:-) overall I would say I have had no issues at all but could not tick two boxes!  Peter

I would suggest that most bluetooth problems are down to the phone rather than the TFT. Not sure that a software update will solve any bluetooth issue as bluetooth is a protocol and is what it is, it will either work or not work, but cannot be changed as that would then not be standard bluetooth.

I agree in a perfect world of standards that should be the case:-) however BMW acknowledged they have some issues implementing the standard (like dropping the connection) which is not by design and should now (allegedly!) be fixed, lets see.   Peter

" BMW acknowledged they have some issues implementing the standard"
Do you have that in writing somewhere? I would be interested to read it. Be aware that a dealer saying something is not BMW acknowledging it.
