I've been getting Remote Key out of range message when riding. Moving my phone further from the key fob seems to have fixed it.
Now warning light on to say SOS emergency button not working.
Anyone had similar problems?

check for a loose battery connection

Battery ok. Seems there's a recall for trapped wiring.

I don't have SOS so not really following. This is within the 2020XR section of that forum. From wat I've seen mostly dead batteries and the warning on the TFT
