If any of you UK riders are bored on Sunday, there is a group (about a dozen at present) of XR riders meeting at Clackets Lane at 10am and heading to Loomies Café for around 1pm. Feel free to meet at either :152:

Just to reiterate meet at 10 at clacket lane services on the m25 (TN16 2ER)? Is that correct?

Yep, Westbound. Then someone has a route across the Downs to Loomies. Weather looking good.

I know the way to Loomies like the back of my hand from my area so I'm looking forward to some good new routes. I go down the A272 more than I care to admit, nice piece of road, only real iffy bit is that massive crest after you come out of Coneyhurst towards Billingshurst, it literally drops away to the left, it's a 20mph at most and even then it's sketchy. Caught my friend out 2 weeks ago and he wiped out on it, I was in the rear and he was in the middle, the guy up front and i at the back couldn't warn him in time as we had no comms (this is why I really really like BT comms when out for a ride with people if possible), and he grabbed a bit too much break going over it and as the road dropped away, his front end washed out... At least we found out that the K1200R crashes like an absolute champ. Just a heads up for everyone on Sunday if we're going that way.

Hi all, I want to thank Belco100 for posting it on the forum as I completely forgot  :005: :005: :005: :005: :005:

For those that have Facebook, there’s a group that I created not long ago, with the intention of getting as much owners as possible together for rides and meets, focused on the South East.

If anyone is interested in joining it here's the link.

    https://www.facebook.com/groups/228336912074454/

Having said that, we can also try and keep this thread updated as much as possible, and I’m trying to organise a ride out in 2 weeks time 26/27. There was 4 of us today, and hopefully this number will grow and we get a group of us together.

I’ve been absent from this forum for a while (at least a year) but I used to be quite active in the past.

If anyone is interested, feel free to drop me a message.

    Hi SAVAGEFOX,

Thanks for organising the run, we went to a few Biker Cafés I have not been to before - Chalet Café, Whiteways Café and Loomies Café - stopping for an ice cream at Ryka's on the way back to Essex.

I can feel my jacket getting tighter  :821:
