Akrapovic full system on gen 2

Went to my dealer and asked if a full system would void my warranty. They can guarantee it won’t as long as I don’t do anything to the ecu. Will the bike run fine without a ecu remap?

No, I suspect won't run as good, will probably be worse/lean at low throttle openings as you've let it breath better but not cleaned up the fueling issue they all have.

Yes it will run absolutely fine as all the silencing and stuff is under the engine and you are not changing that. You might find 1% more performance with a remap, but you will never feel the difference and ignore anyone who says that they do.

Without the cat removed? Yes remap is pointless.
Full system as OP was asking though? I'm pretty sure you can feel 10 horses, especially in the low/mid range where it gains that.

Not to mention that a proper tune is much more than just a HP increase...the throttle response and overall improved engine smoothness make it a worth while mod...and anyone with a half a brain can feel that.

The factual fact that with a remap the bike comes up on power alone in 3rd gear with the same gearing whilst it doesn't with standard tune is indeed in my mind (not my bike but ask anyone that's done full exhaust + tune)
