    Hey there,

Anyone happen to install this awesome bit of kit inside your helmet?

I enjoy riding with tunes so tell me what you've got.

    Cheers

I have perfectly good Cardo Packtalk Bolds in my helmets. They are well known and work very well. Would not consider using something that I have never heard of.

If you just want tunes, then any bluetooth system that has helmet speakers works just fine. The best speakers I've heard are from the Midland BTX units, and i use them too, but others are decent too. Never heard of this brand but seems like their focus is on audio quality so if there are sufficient reviews and that's your focus then sure, why not.

I like the concept of the electronics integrated in the mic, but that requires almost an integral helmet (I have). The control button is kind of nice but I would not want to have a machined aluminium button on my helmet. If someone would offer a nice remote control like that, LH mirror stem mounted, b/t wireless control,  I would likely jump on it...
For the rest of it you don't get great sound by blasting relative good sound (128 kbps) thru foam or plugs that were designed to keep sound out, and filter differently at varying frequencies. I use either foam or Bose QC20. Foam for high speed where sound gets drowned anyway. Bose for the fun stuff.

Yeah I use the QC20 noise cancellers with my Sena 20S Evo and its quite good.

I do find sometimes it does get a little fatiguing compared to foam ear plugs, worse since the de-cat.

Check out the Autocom Air. Far more discreet installation and a membrane button on the side of your brain bucket that won’t snag if you’re bouncing up the road. Can also be fitted to a flip up lid that has the button at the front like my System 7.

Thanks for this. The QC20 is bluetooth capable? Im looking at the QC20 product & Im at a loss on how you connect to your Sena 20S Evo.

Mine, short 40cm cable semi fixed. Cable is clamped by the metal Sena clamp. Less  risk on damaging things, and keeps it away  from the chin strap. Just long enough to go in inside pocket were the bose sits.
