Sargent Seats UK

Has anyone contacted them in the UK recently? I've sent them a couple of messages this week via their online message facility which, according to the recorded message you get if you phone their phone number, is the only way of contacting them. It states they will reply within two days, but that isn't my experience this week. I'm interested in their new Revolution seat for my Gen 2, but wanted to ask a question or two before ordering. Realise they may all have been Covid Pinged, or worse, but would hope they could update their message if that were the case

Just got my Sargent Revolution seat for my 2021 Sport (BLACK, No Welt, Double stick, DTX). Very similar height as orginal OEM sport seat. Shorter than the BMW Comfort seat which kind of S__Ks's. Sargent seat is very comfortable. Got DTX becuase we do allot of Appalachian Mountain Riding with steep downhill's. Best,

Interested to know the turnaround time for Sargent. Had one on my mt-09 and was great for about 10k miles then started to get uncomfortable. Full disclosure, it was a world sport performance seat so I guess it’s not made for long distance. Still the best seat I’ve owned so far. What seat are you looking for? Interested in what everyone is sitting on.

I have had a Sargent seat since January and 5000+ miles. (had them in the past on 3 different bikes)  Very pleased with it. Can go all day on it only stopping for gas! Website says the have a 48 hour turn around time, at least in the states..

I am ordering the same seat for my '21 XR; no welt + DTX.  After two months of ownership what are your thoughts on the seat?  Is it easy to move your butt from side to side?  What don't you like?  Thank you.

 The Sargent seat is good but, pushes me up against the XR Sport tank. This may because I installed the Hornig risers ( https://www.motorcycleparts-hornig.com/BMW-S-1000-XR-2020/Alu-High-grade-Steel/Handlebar-Risers-with-offset.html ). Ergonomically prefer the OEM BMW Comfort seat ( https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/bmw-comfort-seat-s1000xr-2020?sku_id=1815320 ). If anyone wants a Sargent seat for a 2021 XR without a welt please let me know. Buyer for Sargent seat states they may take a month to complete the transaction. They said if someone else is interested then, go ahead & sell. Here are the details/ terms for the transaction to purchase my 2021 Gen 2 BMW XR Sargent Seat pictured above:
