SHAD Luggage - Lock Change

Pulling my hair out. Just got the SHAD SH36 panniers and the SH39 topbox. The panniers come with a spare lock barrel so only one key is needed so I thought I'd change the lock on the topbox. Watched the video on You Tube, seemed nice and easy so removed the lock assembly and the barrel from the SH36 pannier is completely different! I decided to sort this next week but now I can't get the original lock latch back in the topbox. I cant find a video anywhere and SHAD don't provide any guidance. Anyone know how to refit it and/or replace the lock barrel?
