Has anyone installed these on their XR? The model I got has a crossbar that goes across the front mat of the engine and I can’t figure out how to get a ratchet between the engine and header to install the bolts. I finally had to walk away  :156:

If these are the ones you have:

When I installed them, I stacked 2 ratchet extensions together with a universal joint and went between the oil cooler and radiator.

Ken, I wished I had seen this last night. I struggled to get an Allen key between the side fairing and header. After a couple of hours I managed to get the crossbar installed. The frame sliders are now done but what a job!
Tonight I’m on to the radiator and oil cooler guards. I hope those go more smoothly
