There is just no bloody way lmao... Your roads are actually made of sandpaper... I've got SportAttack4s on my XR now with similar mileage and the "Continental" indent hasn't even worn away from the surface of the tyre... I yield, tyre discussions actually irrelevant, mileage is arbitrary lol

may try the Sport Attacks, or may even be bold and try Trail Attacks, a lot of my riding buddies are on GS's running TKC 70 and they don't seem to have grip issues on Road!!They're getting 4000 miles from the TKC.

I only got sport attacks cos I was intentionally looking for a tyre with less life than the front. I still have the RoadAttack3 fronts with plenty of life left and I thought i'd get a nice sport rear end to wear away quicker so I can change them as a set. Made more sense than getting another RoadAttack3 which were out of stock anyway. I'd not go for the Trail attacks on this bike, their profile doesn't suit the XR at all and they don't get much better life than the RoadAttacks anyway according to even Conti. I think conti maybe coming out with a RoadAttack4 though soon so I'd hold on to the triggers if you got time or other options in the meantime, but then again the RA3s were fantastic (not as good as Road 5 but very close)

EEEK !  :005:

I have a pair sitting in the garage to go on ‘sometime’.  I’m hoping for a load more miles than that!

Next sports/touring tyres to go on the XR are the RoadAttack3s I bought when cheap.   Thought they were worth a try.
