    Hi. I was wondering if anyone had experience of this type of kit (2015 XR) and whether it makes a noticeable difference? Any drawbacks to this change if the bike is used in a consistently hot climate?

    Might be fine where you are but illegal in Europe because of the amount of dazzle it will produce. You can find two H7 HID bulbs and ballasts from ebay China for about £10. If you decide to go for it then go for the 55 watt version rather than the 35 watt version.

    Thanks for that. The road laws are less strict here ,to put it mildly, so I will have a look on aliexpress as China is next door .
