Raising the windscreen

One of the things that I don't understand with my '19 XR is that I can't raise the windscreen while I'm riding. I know the Gen 2 XR has a lever to do it. Has anyone experimented with something similar for the Gen 1 bikes? My 2013 Multistrada had a very cool mechanism where you could raise or lower it with one hand while riding.

Really? i think it's super easy to raise the screen with the clutch hand, just put it between the screen and the bracket and pull out and up.

I just think certain things in biking can be a bit challenging and should be accepted and practised, rather than always trying to make stuff easy.
Two hands to raise the screen is a bit like doing a hill start with your right foot on the floor. ie no back brake. Practice it.
Makes riding more interesting.

As far as raising the screen is concerned, many times you may be on the road and realize that you need to raise it. This is about doing this safely, not necessarily about it being easier
