Purchased a 2021 S1000XR Lowered Ice Gray on October 2nd and wanted to introduce myself.

I tend to do all my own maintenance and plan on doing so once the BMW warranty runs out.  While I am not a mechanic, I have split the crankcase to replace 2nd and 5th gears on my previous FJR and consider myself knowledgeable enough to get myself into trouble.  Does anyone have the part # for a 2020+ DVD service manual?  The only thing I have done so far to my XR is install a radiator guard and could not find any torque specs listed for any of the body work.  I know that those don't get torqued very much, but am a bit anal about using the manufacturers torque values.

    2002 K1200LT
    2005 FJR
    2007 Ninja 250

    Welcome!

Been to Tampa many years ago - liked the Clearwater beach scene and the Old Tampa architecture (from the tobacco era).

Can't help with the torque settings other than to suggest you get a 'feel' for bolt torques for those not in critical applications.    Buy some low-yield nut-loc, and use that along with a cautious approach to tightening,
