some-one has just turned it off down here in the Bournemouth area but there's loads of surface water and wet leaves and bits so don't think I'll be getting the bike out of the garage this morning !

Up here in Yorkshire it's just taking the piss, bright sunny day, not a cloud to be seen for miles, then quickly a cloud comes in, rain for 30 mins, soaking roads, back to bright sunny day... Literally been soggy wet for the last week even though we've had sunny days pretty much everyday...

Very frustrating...I'm hoping things will improve this week so that I can have a run out to Pately Bridge to stock up on pies 🥧 😀

Couple weeks ago when I was in the dales I literally rode into a cloud, no rain, still wet and moist everywhere...

    Smithy.
When I die, I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my Grandfather....not screaming like the passengers in his car..!

I prefer cold even if it sucks for riding, I can always put on extra layers, but I can't peel my skin off haha

Weather yes, but your cops are, I understand, very strict and you have registrations and roadworthiness inspections on bikes there.

Sorry to hear the UK weather sucks.  Weather on the west coast of Canada is fantastic.  Here is a pic from the rest stop on my ride yesterday:
