    Hello from Munich

    Hi there
My name is Martin, I'm currently 55 years old. I live close to Munich and I'm riding motorbikes since about 40 years.
    About 4 years ago I changed my K1200RS '03 to a brand new S1000XR (Euro4) in red.

My absolute favorate terrain are the alps, especially the ones between Italy and France.
I'm looking forward to some interesting discussions.
    Cheers
    Martin

    Hi Diavel,
Yes, you are right, I'm more or less close to great places for motocyclists, but I don't like autobahn. Not enough curves (exept ramps) and too much traffic. I prefer roads where the distance between two curves is as short as possible...  :016:
And by the way, here in Germany winter is coming, so currently we have 5°C / 41° F outside. Ok, its complaining on a pretty high level...  :008:

We have a house in Italy so we are quite familiar with the best trips that you talk about and you are not far from the Stelvio either. Here in Laos winter is coming  too and temperatures will drop as low as 20C for a few weeks then 😁 it is back to normal of 30C + 😅.But no BMW Motorrad Dealer in the country and parts take for ever to arrive.
