    I prefer top load panniers so added Givi Trekker Dolomiti with SW Motech quick release mounts.  Like this setup a lot.  Note the pannier are lightweight and seem not the best choice for any off-road use.

    I have the silver Dolomitis , and really rate them.

    Only downside - is that you have to open them and dig down the inner face to release them.  (Unlock, open, dig down and release the catches while holding pannier in place with knee, close and lock - remove) Other than that - I reckon they are as robust as Ordinary Trekkers and even BMW's 'adventure' cases for the GS.
